The Thermo Scientific™ Nalgene™ Unwire™ test tube racks are designed to securely hold a full load of test tubes or centrifuge tubes with diameters of 13, 16, 20, 25, and 30 mm. These racks are molded in a single piece, providing exceptional strength and durability, and are free from coatings that may chip, peel, or rust. Key features include a smooth finish that minimizes areas for contaminants, the absence of welds to prevent breaking, and no sharp edges for safety. The endplates are designed to accept large labels for easy sample identification, while the racks have a higher specific gravity than water, allowing them to stay submerged in a water bath without floating. They can withstand exposure to most lab chemicals and temperatures of up to 121°C, making them suitable for various lab procedures. The racks are available in six bright colors for better organization of samples, with 15 ml conical tubes fitting 20 mm racks and 50 ml conical tubes fitting 30 mm racks. These racks are ready to use, requiring no assembly, and please note that they will not ship to residential addresses.
