The kit includes a secure drop box designed for interior use, featuring a piano hinge drop door opening large enough to accommodate items such as keys, wallets, car remotes, and thick envelopes. It is equipped with a metal baffle to prevent fishing from the drop opening and comes with pre-drilled mounting holes on the sides for convenient in-the-wall installation, with installation hardware included. The reinforced double steel door enhances security against prying, allowing users to drop items from one side and collect them from the opposite side. The unit is designed to fit between standard wall studs (16" on center) and requires cutting the drywall between the studs; two removable and adjustable metal frames are included to cover the rough cuts left behind.
