Qorpak's pre-cleaned screw thread vial kits are designed for convenience and quality, featuring clear (flint) glass vials made from Type I borosilicate glass, recognized as the standard for laboratory use. The vials come with options for black phenolic (thermoset) plastic screw caps with polycone liners or green phenolic screw caps with F217 PTFE-faced liners. Each vial kit includes screws caps and is sold in a case quantity of 144. Specifications include a style of screw thread vial, dimensions of 25 x 95mm, a clear color, and a treatment/grade of vacuum and ionized. The attached cap is a black phenolic polycone lined cap, and the vials have a capacity of 8 dram (30ml) with a neck finish of 22-400. Warranty information is provided based on standard terms.
