The 3/4" NPT Milton micro filter is equipped with a pre-assembled automatic overnight drain that activates when an air supply is shut down or when liquid accumulates in the filter bowl. It features a 3-stage baffle system that ensures superior moisture removal. The filter includes a porous bronze sintered 40 micron filter element, which minimizes pressure drops and extends cleaning intervals. Designed to eliminate harmful water or oil condensate, pipe scale, dirt, and rust from compressed air systems, this micro filter serves effectively as a pre-filter for coalescing type filters, promoting high efficiency and prolonged element life. The corrosion-resistant metal bowl has a capacity of 20 ounces and is safeguarded by a safety metal bowl guard. It operates at a maximum pressure of 250 PSI and supports a flow rate of 245 SCFM.
