This 1/4" NPT Milton micro filter features a pre-assembled internal automatic overnight drain that operates when the air supply is shut down or when liquid accumulates in the filter bowl. The filter is equipped with a three-stage baffle system that provides exceptional moisture removal. It includes a porous bronze sintered 40 micron filter element, designed to minimize pressure drops and extend cleaning intervals. This micro filter effectively removes harmful water or oil condensate, pipe scale, dirt, and rust from compressed air systems and serves as a pre-filter to coalescing type filters, ensuring high efficiency and long element life. Constructed with a corrosion-resistant metal bowl, it has a capacity of 6 ounces, a maximum pressure of 250 psi, and supports flow rates up to 48 scfm. Additionally, the manual overnight drain offers two functions: it automatically drains water when pressure drops or can be manually activated by turning the knurled knob.
