The 1/2" NPT Milton micro filter is designed with a pre-assembled automatic overnight drain that operates when the air supply is shut down or when liquid accumulates in the filter bowl. It features a three-stage baffle system that provides exceptional moisture removal. The micro filter is equipped with a porous bronze sintered 40-micron filter element, facilitating lower pressure drops and extending cleaning intervals. It effectively removes harmful water or oil condensate, pipe scale, dirt, and rust from compressed air systems, serving as a pre-filter to coalescing type filters for enhanced efficiency and prolonged element life. The filter includes a polycarbonate bowl with a 5-ounce capacity, safeguarded by a safety metal bowl guard, and operates at a maximum pressure of 150 PSI with a capacity of 48 SCFM.
