The 1/4" NPT Milton micro filter features a pre-assembled internal automatic overnight drain that activates when the air supply is shut down or when liquid accumulates in the filter bowl. It includes a three-stage baffle system for exceptional moisture removal and is equipped with a porous bronze sintered 40-micron filter element, which minimizes pressure drops and extends cleaning intervals. This micro filter is designed to effectively remove harmful water, oil condensate, pipe scale, dirt, and rust from compressed air systems, serving as a pre-filter to coalescing type filters to ensure high efficiency and prolong element life. The filter is housed in a polycarbonate bowl with a capacity of 5 ounces, protected by a safety metal bowl guard. It operates with a maximum pressure of 150 PSI and a flow rate of 48 SCFM.
