Each piece features a water-deflecting wing that curves in 2-3/8 inches towards the tub, designed to redirect the flow of excess water back into the tub. The rigid, non-adjustable corner-fitting splash guards come with a 90-degree angle for tight-fitting corner installations. They are best installed with a clear or white silicone-based adhesive product, though wall and tub surfaces should be cleaned prior with alcohol to ensure a clean and permanent bond. It is important to note that silicone adhesive is not provided with this item and must be purchased separately. Application of silicone adhesives should follow the manufacturer's instructions, and an installation tip recommends allowing 24 hours for curing prior to exposing the splash guards to moisture.
