The Elvex® VB-60™ visor bracket is designed specifically for electric arc and utility applications where non-conductive materials are a necessity. This dielectric visor bracket accommodates electric arc, electric utility, and similar uses, ensuring optimal safety. Its smart bracket design allows for the mounting of Elvex® face shields to most major brands of safety caps. The VB-60™ features a robust ratchet spring that secures visors firmly in both up and down positions, while the newly designed head strap attachment ensures a strong and secure fit on most caps without requiring adjustments. Constructed from Triax 1120, this visor bracket is impact resistant and exhibits enhanced temperature resistance, withstanding temperatures up to 185°C compared to ABS's limit of 105°C.
