The Meta Clip S3 boltless shelving system features disassembled frames and back sway braces, providing a versatile solution for small parts storage across various applications, such as spare parts storerooms in industrial settings and sales stores in production-linked trades. This shelving system includes two primary building blocks—the frame and shelf—allowing for the construction of complex rows of racks without the need for screws or tools, facilitating easy mounting and quick setup. The shelf height can be adjusted in 1" increments to accommodate the size of stored goods. It is designed for cost efficiency, with frame options supporting shelf loads of 331 lbs or 507 lbs. Planning dimensions for the basic rack unit include a nominal width plus 2.2” and a nominal depth plus 1.4”, while the add-on rack unit dimensions feature a nominal width plus 0.2” and a nominal depth plus 1.4”. For safety, it is noted that racks should be secured to prevent tilting, and the shelves are intended for evenly distributed loads.
