The Dyna-Glo™ IRSS18LPT-2P is an 18,000 BTU Liquid Propane Infrared Vent Free Thermostatic Wall Heater designed for safe, indoor supplemental heating. This heater utilizes advanced vent-free technology, eliminating the need for a flue or chimney, making it suitable for homes, cabins, or garages, and operates without electricity, providing reliable heat during power outages. The infrared heating technology warms objects directly, achieving 99.9% efficiency on propane. It features a thermostat control knob for automatic temperature maintenance, ensuring a comfortable environment. Safety features include a built-in oxygen depletion sensor (ODS) that shuts down the heater under unsafe conditions. The heater includes essential hardware and a bracket for wall mounting but is also compatible with optional separately sold base legs (B2240711) for floor mounting and an optional wall heater fan (B2240712) for enhanced heat distribution.
