The Dyna-Glo™ IBF10PMDG-4 is a 10,000 BTU liquid propane blue flame vent-free ice house heater, designed for safe indoor supplemental heating in applications such as icehouses or lodges. This state-of-the-art vent-free technology eliminates the need for a flue or chimney, making it perfect for everyday heating and emergency situations, particularly during power outages. Utilizing blue flame heating technology, it achieves 99.9% efficiency and operates solely on propane. The unit features a low-med-hi variable control knob for customizable heat settings and includes a 10 ft. propane hose and regulator, although a 20 or 40 lb. tank is required (not included). Key features include a built-in oxygen depletion sensor (ODS) that automatically shuts down the heater in case of carbon monoxide accumulation or low oxygen levels. The heater is easy to ignite with a battery-assisted igniter, and installation is straightforward with the included hardware and wall mounting bracket. Additionally, an optional wall heater fan (B2240712) is available separately to enhance heat distribution quietly. Note that the heater must be installed by a licensed contractor, and it is not available for sale in specific regions, including Austin & Houston, Texas, Minnesota, New York City, California, or Canada.
