The Dyna-Glo™ BF30PMDG-4 is a 30,000 BTU liquid propane blue flame vent-free wall heater designed for safe indoor supplemental heating. This heater utilizes advanced vent-free technology, eliminating the need for a flue or chimney, making it suitable for use in homes, cabins, or garages. It operates without electricity, making it ideal for both everyday heating and emergency situations during power outages. Employing blue flame heating technology, it distributes heat similarly to a central heating system and boasts an impressive 99.9% efficiency while burning propane only. The low-med-hi variable control knob allows for customizable heat settings. The unit is equipped with a built-in oxygen depletion sensor (ODS), ensuring safety by shutting down the heater in the event of carbon monoxide or oxygen deficiency. Installation requires a licensed contractor, and the propane system must use a 100-lb. tank or larger with a two-stage adjustable regulator, available from local gas suppliers. The heater comes with all necessary hardware and brackets for wall mounting, and optional base legs (B2240711) and a wall heater fan (B2240712) can be purchased separately for enhanced functionality.
