The state-of-the-art strapping head features 30% fewer parts than comparable strapping machines and utilizes brushless DC motors, resulting in a high-speed machine that consumes less power, requires fewer adjustments, and has minimal maintenance needs. The SM65 includes a patented easy strap access for tool-free entry to the strapping channel, a quick coil change feature for waist-height strap replacement, and a one-piece strap track design that eliminates dusting and ensures parallel straps. It has a sensor-controlled heater for consistent and reliable heat seals, jam-free technology that ejects missed straps and returns to the ready position, and a foot bar switch for hands-free operation. Additionally, the table height is adjustable between 32-3/10" and 36-1/5" (820mm-920mm), and photocell activation allows for programmable options. The pivoting control panel enables easy access from either side, and machines 850mm and wider come with standard roller tables, while machines set for 12mm strap feature an external strap reel.
