The combination shower eye/face wash unit is a free-standing floor-mounted unit featuring a shower valve that opens quickly via a pull rod with a triangular handle, providing a superior washdown with an even spray pattern. The eyewash is operated by a large, highly visible push handle, delivering safe and steady water flow under varying water supply conditions from 30-90 PSI, ensured by integral flow control in the spray head assembly. It includes a 120-volt electric heat trace cable with pipe insulation regulated to -50° F (-45.5° C) and is rated for use in Class 1 Division 2, Groups B, C, and D locations, meeting NEMA 4X standards. The unit is constructed with galvanized steel pipe coated in Bradtect® safety yellow, features a hand-activated system, and includes a 1-1/4" NPT top water supply, an ABS plastic shower head, and a halo eye/face wash, as well as an impact-resistant plastic bowl and dust cover. Indicator lights display power to the unit and the heating cable, and the unit is certified to ANSI/ISEA Z358.1 standard and CCSAUS listed when installed and used correctly. The manufacturer's limited warranty applies. The kit includes halo heat trace, 120V electric heat trace cable, C1D2 bottom supply lights, universal identification sign, and inspection tag.
