The hose reel kit holds up to 50 inches of 3/8 inch I.D. hose (hose not included) and features a 1-inch FPT inlet/outlet, constructed with a heavy gauge 1/4-inch steel base and support post for durability. It includes an NPT swivel inlet machined from solid brass and a cartridge-style spring motor for reliable operation. The 1-inch solid steel axle is equipped with 1-inch lubricated precision bearings, while the guide arm can adjust to wall, floor, or overhead positions. A multi-position lock ratchet secures the hose at the desired length, and the design incorporates non-corrosive stainless steel spring, pawl, and zinc plated ratchet for longevity. This reel can be utilized for air, water, or oil service, with a maximum temperature rating of 150°F and uses food-grade oil lubricant.
