The LX5 laptop cart features a lightweight and ergonomic design for non-powered mobilization of health IT programs utilizing laptop computers, accommodating widescreen laptops with a 17" LCD monitor. It boasts a small footprint and slim profile for easy maneuvering, with proven casters that promote smooth travel, including one locking and one tracking caster as standard. The cart offers flexibility in workstation configuration, allowing for the inclusion of storage drawers available in 3" or 6" depth. It is ideal for bedside documentation, CPOE/physician rounds, med/surg departments, emergency departments, ambulatory/outpatient areas, ICUs, operating rooms, and patient registration. The base dimensions of the cart are 16" x 17", with a work surface area of 19" x 22" featuring integrated forward-facing handles. The work surface height ranges from 35.75" to 49.25", providing 17" of vertical travel. Constructed of formed steel, aluminum, and a heavy-duty polymer work surface, the cart has a durable powder coat finish and utilizes a manual lift. It includes one 6" depth drawer and has a weight capacity of 45 lbs. Warranty information includes parts only: 5 years for mechanical components, 2 years for the electronic locking system, 1 year for the lock cylinder and drawer glides, and 3 years for casters.
