The LX5 laptop cart features a lightweight and ergonomic design that enhances the non-powered mobilization of health IT programs utilizing laptop computers. It accommodates widescreen laptops with a 17" LCD monitor and boasts a small footprint and slim profile for easy maneuverability. Equipped with proven casters, including one locking and one tracking caster, it ensures smooth travel. The workstation can be configured with optional storage drawers, available in 3" or 6" depths. Designed for various clinical and IT applications, it is ideal for bedside documentation, CPOE/physician rounds, Med/Surg departments, emergency departments, outpatient areas, ICUs, operating rooms, and patient registration. The specifications include a base dimension of 16" x 17" and a work surface area of 19" x 22" with integrated forward-facing handles. The work surface height ranges from 35.75" to 49.25", providing 17" of vertical travel. Constructed from formed steel, aluminum, and a heavy-duty polymer work surface with a durable powder coat finish, the cart has a manual lift type and a weight capacity of 35 lbs.
