The GN 883 breather valves are designed to vent into a container once the opening pressure, as specified in the table, is exceeded, thereby protecting against excessive internal container pressure. These valves feature compact dimensions and a simple function principle utilizing a pressure spring and ball, which ensures long and trouble-free operation. They must be installed in a vertical position at the top and are temperature resistant, operating effectively within a range of -22° F to 212° F (-30° C to +100° C).
