The GN 883 breather valves are designed to vent into a container once the specified opening pressure is exceeded, thereby protecting against excessive internal container pressure. These valves are characterized by their very compact dimensions and a simple function principle involving a pressure spring and ball, which ensures long and trouble-free operation. The recommended installation position for these valves is vertical to the top, and they are temperature resistant within a range of -22° F to 212° F (-30° C to +100° C).
