This low-cost, height-adjustable computer cart is designed to support mobile computing needs, featuring a fully adjustable LCD arm and 27 inches (68 cm) of height adjustment to accommodate both sitting and standing work. The cart includes a VESA-compliant thin-client CPU holder, a large worksurface, a small footprint, and a rugged, open-architecture design suitable for various environments, including hospitals as point-of-care workspaces, manufacturing as mobile EWI platforms, and IT departments as diagnostic crash carts. Specifications encompass an LCD arm, an integrated worksurface/keyboard tray with left/right mouse trays, a scanner holder bracket, a mouse holder, cable storage area, and four dual casters (two locking). The total maximum load on the height-adjustment assembly is 26 lbs (11.8 kg), comprised of the LCD arm weighing 6-12 lbs (2.7-5.4 kg), the worksurface, keyboard tray, and cable storage area at 6 lbs (3.6 kg), and the quick-release VESA-CPU mount weighing 2-8 lbs (0.9-3.6 kg). The LCD and worksurface can adjust 20" (51 cm) in tandem, the LCD arm adjusts 7" (17.8 cm) independently, with a maximum LCD height adjustment of 27" (68.6 cm) and a monitor up/down tilt of +60°/-5°. For larger CPUs, a universal CPU holder accessory (ordered separately), compatible with CPU sizes from 12"H x 3"D to 16"H x 8.5"D (300 x 80 mm to 406 x 220 mm) and attaching at the base of the cart, can be utilized, supporting a maximum CPU weight of 35 lbs (15.9 kg). Additionally, a power brick can be mounted under the worksurface.
