The compact, lightweight body is constructed from rugged impact-modified glass-filled nylon, providing superior chemical, corrosion, and temperature resistance. This device includes a nonconductive nylon cable with a diameter of 1/8 inch. Its ergonomic design allows for easy tightening of the cable—users can hold the device in one hand and cinch tight with the other. It features a built-in cable loop that keeps the cable neatly coiled during storage and prevents it from dangling when the device is in use. The device comes complete with a sheathed metal lockout cable attachment and has four lock holes in the handle that accommodate most lock shackles and hasps. Additional cable lengths of 8 feet, 12 feet, 16 feet, and 20 feet are available for purchase separately.
