The two-part tags are designed to enhance operational control and record-keeping, allowing workers to retain the stubs after attaching the tags, which can later be presented to managers for verification. Each tag features an excellent write-on surface made from B-853 cardstock, providing an ideal medium for adding customized notes and other pertinent information on-the-spot. These paper cardstock tags are recommended for indoor use only. The kit includes a 1 in. diameter metal ring for securely attaching the stub to a key. The lockout tags clearly indicate "Danger: Equipment locked out."
