Economy polyester (B-851) accident prevention tags are designed for marking on-the-spot warnings of dangerous conditions. The B-851 rigid economy polyester with brass grommets exceeds OSHA's 50 lb pull force requirement for tagout devices. They feature a textured write-on surface that allows for authorized signatures, dates, and other special instructions. Each tag includes 3/8 in. rolled brass eyelets and comes complete with nylon fasteners, making them suitable for various marking needs. These tags are blank, allowing for customization based on specific warnings or instructions.
