Constructed from B-851 rigid economy polyester featuring brass grommets, these tags exceed OSHA's 50 lb pull force requirement for tagout devices. The textured write-on surface accommodates authorized signatures, dates, and other special instructions. Each tag is equipped with 3/8 in. rolled brass eyelets and includes nylon fasteners for secure attachment.
