The kit includes B-851 rigid economy polyester tags with brass grommets, which exceed OSHA's 50 lb pull force requirement for tagout devices. They feature a textured write-on surface that allows for authorized signatures, dates, and other special instructions. In addition, the tags come with a clear adhesive overlay to seal and protect your written message. These self-laminating tags are labeled with "Caution."
