The Lockout Procedure Station is designed to ensure that all lockout procedures are readily available to employees. It features a silk-screened backboard constructed from durable polystyrene, measuring 20"H x 14"W x 4 1/2"D, equipped with pre-drilled holes and hardware for easy wall mounting. The package includes one backboard, a white PVC coated steel binder rack, and a lockout procedure binder (LOSB1), while procedure forms are sold separately. This station centralizes lockout activity needs by organizing tools, padlocks, and padlock keys in one location.
