Economy polyester (B-851) accident prevention tags are designed for marking on-the-spot warnings of dangerous conditions. Made from rigid B-851 economy polyester with brass grommets, these tags exceed OSHA's 50 lb pull force requirement for tagout devices. They feature a textured write-on surface that allows for authorized signatures, dates, and other special instructions. Each tag includes 3/8 in. rolled brass eyelets and comes complete with nylon fasteners. The tags are labeled "Stop Do Not Operate" and provide spaces for signatures and dates to ensure clear communication of hazardous conditions.
