The B-851 rigid economy polyester features brass grommets and exceeds OSHA's 50 lb pull force requirement for tagout devices. It has a textured write-on surface that allows for authorized signatures, dates, and other special instructions. These tags are designed to withstand moisture, grease, and dirt. The lockout tags include the following text: "Danger: Do not operate," along with spaces for signature and date.
