The Brady® 86533 Danger Do Not Use Tag is a two-sided accident prevention tag packaged in sets of 10. Made from economy polyester (B-851), these tags are designed for marking on-the-spot warnings of dangerous conditions and feature a rigid construction that meets OSHA's 50 lb pull force requirement for tagout devices. The dimensions of each tag are 3"W x 5-3/4"H and they come equipped with brass grommets, ensuring durability and longevity. The textured write-on surface allows for the inclusion of authorized signatures, dates, and other special instructions. Additionally, the tags are designed with 3/8 in. rolled brass eyelets and are supplied with nylon fasteners for easy attachment. Each tag includes clear warnings indicating "Danger: Do Not Use" and provides space for indicating the reason tagged, such as "Equipment Defective" or "Parts Missing."
