Economy polyester (B-851) accident prevention tags are designed for marking on-the-spot warnings of dangerous conditions, featuring a rigid construction that exceeds OSHA's 50 lb pull force requirement for tagout devices. Made from B-851 economy polyester, these tags come equipped with a textured write-on surface that allows for authorized signatures, dates, and other special instructions. Each tag includes 3/8 in. rolled brass eyelets and comes complete with nylon fasteners. The tags are labeled with "Danger: Signed by: Date:" to ensure clear communication of hazards.
