Economy polyester (B-851) accident prevention tags are designed for marking on-the-spot warnings of dangerous conditions. Constructed from B-851 rigid economy polyester, these tags feature brass grommets that exceed OSHA's 50 lb pull force requirement for tagout devices. They have a textured write-on surface for authorized signatures, dates, and other special instructions. Each tag includes 3/8 in. rolled brass eyelets and comes complete with nylon fasteners. The tags are labeled with caution messages: "Caution: do not remove this tag. To do so without authority will mean immediate discharge. It is here for a purpose. See other side."
