Economy polyester (B-851) accident prevention tags are designed for marking on-the-spot warnings of dangerous conditions. The B-851 rigid economy polyester features brass grommets and exceeds OSHA's 50 lb pull force requirement for tagout devices. These tags have a textured write-on surface that allows for authorized signatures, dates, and other special instructions. Each tag comes equipped with 3/8" eyelets, nylon fasteners, and a self-adhesive, clear overlaminate flap that is pressed over the tag face for permanent protection. The tags are labeled with "Danger" to alert individuals to hazardous situations.
