The Safety Tags, Lo DGR Locked Out Do Not Remove, come in a pack of 25 and are constructed from HS-laminate, measuring 5 3/4" x 3 1/4". These tags are designed to identify temporary hazards until the hazard is eliminated or the hazardous operation is complete, complying with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.145 and ANSI Z535 requirements. They feature tear-proof 24-mil thickness, making them ideal for harsh environments, and are chemical-resistant to withstand dirty, greasy industrial settings. The matte surface is scratch-resistant yet easy to write on, while the waterproof design ensures durability in extreme weather conditions. Each tag is equipped with a 3/8" hole reinforced by a pull-proof metal grommet rated for 50-lb strength, providing enhanced reliability.
