The steering wheel cover kit prevents unauthorized individuals from driving a vehicle that is disabled or undergoing maintenance. It features a reinforced vinyl cover with a printed warning legend and message, ensuring visibility as it fits over standard steering wheels. The upper half of the cover includes a stitched pocket designed to slip over the steering wheel, while the bottom is equipped with a 3/8" metal grommeted hole that accommodates a 1 1/2" hasp or padlock, which is sold separately, to secure the cover in place. The warning clearly states: "Danger: Do not start or move vehicle, this cover may only be removed by authorized personnel."
