The kit includes a reinforced vinyl cover designed to prevent unauthorized operation of vehicles that are disabled or undergoing maintenance. This cover features a printed warning legend and message, and is designed to fit over standard steering wheels for maximum visibility. The upper half of the cover has a stitched pocket that allows it to slip securely over the steering wheel, while the bottom includes a 3/8" metal grommeted hole to accommodate a 1 1/2" hasp or padlock, which is sold separately, to secure the cover in place. It also prominently displays the warning: "Danger: Do not operate or move vehicle; this cover may only be removed by authorized personnel." The kit is compliant with relevant safety regulations and certifications.
