The kit includes a reinforced vinyl cover designed to prevent unauthorized driving of vehicles that are disabled or undergoing maintenance. It features a printed warning legend and message, fitting over standard steering wheels for maximum visibility. The upper half of the cover contains a stitched pocket for easy placement on the steering wheel, while the bottom is equipped with a 3/8" metal grommeted hole, allowing for the attachment of a 1 1/2" hasp or padlock (sold separately) to secure the cover in place. The bilingual warning clearly states, "Danger: Do not operate or move vehicle, this cover may only be removed by authorized personnel," ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
