The safety tags, designed for identifying temporary hazards until they are eliminated or hazardous operations are completed, come in a pack of 25 and are made from PF-Cardstock measuring 5 3/4" x 3 1/4". These tags comply with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.145 and ANSI Z535 requirements and are constructed from a thin, pliable, and flexible 10-mil poly-based cardstock that contains no wood content. They are durable, tear-resistant, waterproof, and will not crack, distort, or shrink like traditional paper cardstock. Suitable for indoor use and short-term outdoor exposure, the tags feature an easy-to-write matte surface and have a 3/8" plain top with a pull-resistant hole for convenient attachment.
