The Safety Tags (LO DGR Locked Out Do Not Remove) come in a package of 25 and are designed to identify temporary hazards until they are eliminated or hazardous operations are complete. These tags measure 3-1/4"W x 5-3/4"H and comply with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.145 and ANSI Z535 requirements. Made from thin, pliable, and flexible 10-mil poly-based cardstock with no wood content, they are durable, tear-resistant, waterproof, and will not crack, distort, or shrink like traditional paper cardstock, making them ideal for indoor and short-term outdoor exposure. The tags feature an easy-to-write-on matte surface and a 3/8" plain top with a pull-resistant hole.
