The kit includes a reinforced vinyl cover designed to prevent others from driving a vehicle that is disabled or undergoing maintenance. It features a printed warning legend and message that is clearly visible when fitted over standard steering wheels. The upper half of the cover has a stitched pocket that allows it to easily slip over the steering wheel, while the bottom is equipped with a 3/8" metal grommeted hole, accommodating a 1 1/2" hasp or padlock (sold separately) for securing the cover to the steering wheel. The warning message reads: "Caution: Disabled vehicle, do not attempt to drive."
