The steering wheel cover kit is designed to prevent unauthorized driving of vehicles that are disabled or undergoing maintenance. It includes a reinforced vinyl cover with a printed warning legend and message, which fits over standard steering wheels for visibility. The upper half of the cover features a stitched pocket that allows it to slip securely over the steering wheel, while the bottom is equipped with a 3/8" metal grommeted hole that accommodates a 1 1/2" hasp or padlock (sold separately), ensuring the cover remains securely in place. The cover prominently displays the warning: "Danger: Do not start or move vehicle; this cover may only be removed by authorized personnel."
