The kit includes a reinforced vinyl cover designed to prevent unauthorized use of a vehicle that is disabled or undergoing maintenance. The cover features a printed warning legend and message and fits over standard steering wheels to ensure visibility. The upper half of the cover includes a stitched pocket for easy application over the steering wheel, while the bottom is equipped with a 3/8" metal grommeted hole, allowing for the installation of a 1 1/2" hasp or padlock (sold separately) to secure the cover in place. The warning message clearly states, "Danger: do not start or move this vehicle; this cover may only be removed by authorized personnel."
