The vehicle maintenance kit includes a reinforced vinyl cover designed to prevent unauthorized driving of vehicles that are disabled or undergoing maintenance. This cover features a printed warning legend and message for high visibility and fits over standard steering wheels. The upper half of the cover includes a stitched pocket for easy placement over the steering wheel, while the bottom contains a 3/8" metal grommeted hole to accommodate a 1 1/2" hasp or padlock (sold separately) for additional security. The cautionary message reads: "Disabled vehicle, do not attempt to drive."
