The kit includes a reinforced vinyl cover designed to prevent unauthorized individuals from driving a vehicle that is disabled or undergoing maintenance. The cover features a printed warning legend and message for clear visibility. It fits over standard steering wheels, ensuring that it is easily seen, while the upper half includes a stitched pocket for secure placement over the steering wheel. The bottom of the cover is equipped with a 3/8" metal grommeted hole that accommodates a 1 1/2" hasp or padlock (sold separately) to secure the cover in place. The warning clearly states: "Danger: Do not start or move vehicle; this cover may only be removed by authorized personnel."
