The lockout/tagout kit is designed to prevent access to keys when a group of personnel is working on equipment or machinery, featuring a secure lock box shaped to indicate "stop." It includes four rows of aluminum strips with 16 hooks for hanging keys, all identifiable through the clear front cover. The box can secure up to 44 padlocks (sold separately), with a dedicated hole on the left backside for a supervisor's padlock. The cover has a pry-guard edge for enhanced security when using minimal padlocks and slides to hinge open and closed. Constructed from durable, impact-resistant plastic, the box is well-suited for industrial environments and features a top carry handle for easy transport to lockout locations. It also includes two rear keyholes for wall mounting and a flange foot for stability on flat surfaces, along with a front slot for dropping in additional keys during lockout procedures.
