The kit includes a unique tag designed to fit over the special octagon-shaped tab on the inside of the StopOut® circuit breaker lockout device and the StopOut® Tag 'N Hang hasp. The tag is secured when the device is clamped down in the locked position, ensuring the full face of the tag is displayed at all times. Each tag measures 4 1/2" x 2 1/8" and is made from durable 15-mil RP-plastic material.
