The kit includes a lockout device designed for large handle circuit breakers, featuring a flip lever style switch and the capability to accommodate up to three individual circuit breakers. Constructed from red dielectric ABS plastic, the device employs an octagon shape to symbolize a stop signal. It consists of three primary components: a mounting rail measuring 5"L x 3/4"W x 1/4"D, a slide set measuring 2"L x 2"W x 1 3/8"D, and a stop bar measuring 5"L x 1"W x 1"D. The installation process is streamlined with 3M VHB bonding tape, and additional mounting rails enable the removable parts to be used across multiple electrical panels without the need to detach the mounting rail. This kit is compliant with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147 standards, ensuring it meets safety requirements.
