The kit includes a reinforced vinyl cover designed to prevent others from driving a vehicle that is disabled or undergoing maintenance. It features a printed warning legend and message that effectively communicates that the vehicle is being serviced. The cover is designed to fit over standard steering wheels for optimal visibility. The upper half contains a stitched pocket for easy application over the steering wheel, while the bottom is equipped with a 3/8" metal grommeted hole, allowing for the use of a 1 1/2" hasp or padlock (sold separately) to secure the cover in place. The caution message states: "This vehicle is being serviced, do not attempt to drive."
