The kit includes a lockout device designed to accommodate large handle circuit breakers and features a flip lever style switch. It is constructed from red dielectric ABS plastic, utilizing an octagon shape to signify stop, and is versatile enough to fit up to three individual circuit breakers. The device consists of three parts: a mounting rail measuring 5"L x 3/4"W x 1/4"D, a slide set measuring 2"L x 2"W x 1 3/8"D, and a stop bar measuring 5"L x 1"W x 1"D. Installation is quick and straightforward with 3M VHB bonding tape, and additional mounting rails allow the removable components to be used on various electrical panels without the need to remove the mounting rail. This device complies with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147, ensuring it meets safety standards.
