The kit includes a reinforced vinyl cover designed to prevent unauthorized driving of a vehicle that is disabled or undergoing maintenance. The cover features a printed warning legend and message that states, "Caution: this vehicle is being serviced, do not attempt to drive." It is designed to fit over standard steering wheels for maximum visibility. The upper half of the cover has a stitched pocket that easily slips over the steering wheel, while the bottom includes a 3/8" metal grommeted hole to accommodate a 1 1/2" hasp or padlock (sold separately), allowing for secure attachment to the steering wheel.
